Internet service suspended following search operation in South Kashmir's Tral

TRAL: Authorities on Friday snapped the Internet service in police district Awantipora following the cordon and search operation in Darganie Gund area of south Kashmir’s Tral town in Pulwama town.

Reports said that soon after forces launch CASO the authorities suspended the Internet service in police district Awantipora which includes Pampore, Awantipora and Tral.

Earlier a joint team of army’s 42 RR, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and 180BN CRPF launched the operation after the militant movement was detected in the area.

Locals said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has begun in the area.
