Customer accuses Sonata Service Centre of ‘misbehavior’

Srinagar, Nov 9, CNS: A customer Friday accused Sonata Service Centre of misbehavior and hooliganism here in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar city.
Mukhtyar Ahmed Bhat, the customer from Srinagar told news agency CNS that he had purchased a Sonata watch from New Delhi that developed some defect. “To repair my watch, I approached Sonata Service Centre located at old Court Road Srinagar. I was shocked at the behavior of the employees at the Service Centre. They not only dragged me out from the shop but also refused to repair it,” Bhat said.
He added that Service Centre employees didn’t repair his watch though it was under warranty period.
The owner of the Sonata Service Centre while terming the allegations baseless said the watch was not under warranty period while the said customer had entered into their office chamber without permission.
